A handful each year. We're deliberately small — five people, one room. We'd rather do three projects really well than twelve with our attention split. If we say yes, we're showing up.

We work primarily from our studio in District 3, HCMC. We're happy to collaborate remotely with teams anywhere — most of our clients are. If you're in Saigon and want to visit the office, the coffee's decent.

Fixed scope or retainer, depending on what the work looks like. We scope honestly — if we're not sure how long something will take, we say so. If we think you can solve it with something simpler, we'll tell you.

Sometimes, yes. If you already have a team and need AI engineering or model integration, we can come in as a specialist. Just be clear about the boundary — that usually saves a lot of time on both sides.
